Two forms of assessment are offered by Ingwe Corporate Training:
Internal Assessment: This assessment is performed by the Ingwe Corporate Training course facilitator. After attending a course, the learner will complete a number of exercises related to his/her function in the workplace. These will be evaluated by the course facilitator who will then write a feedback report in response to what the learner has produced.
SETA Assessment: This is a formal assessment and moderation option, where the learner is required to produce a Portfolio of Evidence and is awarded a certificate of competence after the assessment, if deemed competent.
Assessment costs are separate and not included in the course costs.
