  • Assignment 1: Developing a checklist and case study analysis

Unit 2: Work Styles
Identifying and understanding various personality types makes for easier communication and improved relationships.

  • Identifying and working with different personalities, encouraging participation and accountability
  • Assignment 2: Developing a strategy to motivate with a difficult team member to fufil his/her responsibility timeously

Unit 5: Team Communication  

  • Conducting a meeting: how to start, follow your plan and close

  • Post-meeting action and follow up
  • Assignment 5: Role-play evaluation

Unit 6:  Defining Roles
Understanding how to function within the team forms the basis of confident and creative interaction
