Supervisory & Team Leader Skills (Day 2)

9 March 2012 - 8:30am - 4:30pm Effective team leaders and supervisors influence team members to achieve individually while working towards a common goal. Supervisory and Team Leader Skills Training improves the individual’s skill in managing relationships and processes at work, as well as developing the ability to motivate, problem solve and reflect.
Programme Summary
This four day course is practical and activity-based. Each module includes application sections that relate directly to the work environment and case studies serve as powerful reflection tools.
