Keith Pearson
Keith Pearson has a background in the engineering and manufacturing industries. He has broad experience in labour issues as he held positions of Manufacturing Director, Managing Director and Divisional Chief Executive & Chief HR Director at Kohler Packaging. His experience is varied and diverse; he specialises in the mentoring process and has been highly effective in motivating and encouraging change in individuals as well as the workplace in general. He is currently the Chairman of the Institute of Packaging South Africa and the President of the World Packaging Organisation.
