Personal Effectiveness: Success Strategies that Work has been created to help individuals at their own workplace. The programme has two stages:
1. Workplace Evaluation
On-site workplace analysis of the individual's effectiveness (knowledge, skills, behaviour and attitudes).
2. Mentoring & Motivating
After the assessment, a report is written and a programme is designed to encourage the individual to iincrease his/her knowledge and skills.
The individual will then be supported and motivated to change each of these aspects. Positive affirmation and corrective action is the focus of this form of training intervention.
